Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, administrative, and field roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective and timely recruitment strategies
Post, source, and screen candidates through various job boards, social platforms, and ATS
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the offer negotiation process
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities as needed
1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting , preferably in construction, energy, or skilled trades industries
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidate pools
Experience using an ATS or CRM system
Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple open requisitions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
