Description
We are seeking a Senior Environmental or Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who values technical excellence, environmental stewardship, and exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead high-profile projects involving shoreline and aquatic sediment remediation, habitat restoration, and upland remediation in the Pacific Northwest.
Manage and oversee multidisciplinary project teams, including external partners and contractors.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, construction, or a related field.
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering.
Skilled in preparing and reviewing engineering plans and specifications with a focus on constructability and implementability.
Professional Engineering license in any state, with the ability to obtain licensure in Washington and Oregon.
Required certifications such as HAZWOPER, CPR, and/or TWIC.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time, permanent position.
Salary: $110K - $128K annually for candidates with 10 - 15 years of experience.
Quarterly merit-based bonuses and equity options.

11 paid holidays and 20 days of paid time off per year.
Flexible work schedule with core hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
Onsite work required 2 - 3 days per week, depending on distance from the office.
Additional time off for extra project work.
Regional travel (within 3 hours) with expenses covered.
Ideal Candidate:

5 - 10 years of experience in remedial design and execution, preferably in shoreline and sediment remediation projects.
3+ years of experience with CADD and Civil3D.
Field experience with contaminated soil, sediment, and groundwater.
Familiarity with Washington State environmental regulations; knowledge of Oregon State regulations is a plus.
Experience in construction oversight for environmental remediation projects.
Experience working with regulatory agencies or clients.

Duties:

Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and prepare design drawings and specifications.
Provide construction support and oversight.
Prepare proposals and participate in client interviews.

Perform quality control reviews of team deliverables.
Share technical knowledge and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff.
