The Opportunity

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our pipeline and partner closely with Account Executives (AEs). If you’re energized by hitting goals, ready to master outbound prospecting, and want to grow into a top-tier sales professional, this is your platform.

What You'll Do

• Generate 20+ qualified demos/month through targeted outreach
• Make 150+ daily calls using a power dialer to drive pipeline activity
• Identify key decision-makers in top-tier insurance brokerages across the U.S.
• Craft and manage outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
• Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging and improve conversion
• Review calls regularly to improve pitch and qualification criteria

• Detail-driven: You care about lead quality, not just hitting numbers

Bonus If You Have

1+ year of SDR experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment

Interest in or knowledge of AI, insurance, or vertical SaaS

College degree

Compensation & Benefits

At XILO, we are committed to transparency and equity in compensation. For this role, the expected annual OTE is $65,000 – $95,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, some roles may be eligible for performance bonuses, depending on level and responsibilities.
