  • Roofing Sales Experience Required – You must have a proven track record in roofing or a closely related industry.
  • Expert Closer – You can aggressively but professionally deliver presentations and estimates that convert leads into signed contracts.
  • Professional Presence – You establish instant credibility and trust with homeowners and business clients.
  • Strong Communication & Follow-Up – You’re skilled at scheduling estimates, handling objections, and securing deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – You hold yourself accountable to the highest performance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working Leads Generated for You – Leads are generated by the business for you, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Prospecting & Generating Your Own Leads – Opportunistically identifying and engaging potential customers, augmenting your opportunity pipeline.
  • Scheduling & Conducting Estimates – Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess needs and propose roofing solutions.
  • Delivering Persuasive Sales Presentations – Build value, overcome objections, and close high-dollar deals.
  • Following Up & Closing Deals -Maintain contact with prospects, answer questions, and get contracts signed. Respectful yet consistent application of pressure.
