SALARY LEVEL

The position falls under the GS-12 pay level with a salary range of $75,706.00 to $98,422.00, based on experience and locality.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Serve as an occupational health nurse, collaborating with physicians and health professionals.
  • Administer health readiness activities, including medical mandates and immunization programs.
  • Develop health program goals and objectives in alignment with division priorities.
  • Prepare various communications and reports related to health services.
  • Provide assessment and nursing care for work-related illnesses and emergencies.
  • Monitor health services, including exams and medications.
  • Deliver health promotion activities in accordance with FBI directives.
  • Manage Fitness for Duty evaluations and analyze medical reports.
  • Oversee contract medical facility performance and financial expenditures.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in nursing and occupational health.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Capability to obtain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Compliance with FBI's employment eligibility regulations.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Candidates must possess a degree from a professional nursing program accredited by the relevant authority. Active, unrestricted RN license required.
