Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our outreach and event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about connecting with the public and promoting meaningful causes within local communities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our organization and partner brands at live events, community activations, and public pop-up campaigns, helping to build awareness, deliver positive experiences, and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our organization and partner brands at local events, street teams, and community activations.
• Engage with the public to share information about products, services, and social impact initiatives.
• Create memorable, on-brand experiences through authentic and enthusiastic interactions.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Support campaign objectives and collaborate effectively with the outreach team.
• Collect feedback from event participants and provide insights to enhance future efforts.
• Stay informed on brand messaging, guidelines, and campaign goals to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Outgoing and confident, with a strong work ethic and a passion for community engagement.
• Reliable and punctual, with a team-oriented approach.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or volunteer outreach is a bonus, but not required.
