As a Carpet Installer, youll be a vital part of our installation team, ensuring each project is completed with precision and care. Youll work hands-on in homes and commercial properties, transforming spaces and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, cut, and install carpet to match layouts and specifications
• Prepare and clean subfloor surfaces before installation
• Install carpet padding and secure seams and edges using industry-standard techniques
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project managers
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Follow all safety and company standards

• Proven experience in carpet installation (residential and/or commercial)
• Familiarity with flooring tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and finishing
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
